Noli Bravo has been in entertainment circuit in and around Honolulu for about 15 years joining a variety of bands and entertainers, anywhere from jazz to pop, standards to rhythm and blues, and now a few inspirational original music of his own. Getting there where we believe he should have been a long time ago was not an easy ride for Noli but it was well worth it, according to him. As a freelance keyboardist, he has added special and unique flavor to the vocals section of all the bands he associated with in the past. Bearing this special talent was a natural gift that he, himself did not know until that special incident when he was offered to fill in for a Piano Bar in Koriyama, Fukushima in Japan. Take 5, a VIP membership night club where he performs nightly is a cozy atmosphere with a touch of elegance and glamour but what really makes the club sizzles is when Noli start seducing the audience with his romantic and alluring singing style. A unique blend of Michael McDonald, Michael Bolton, James Ingram, Eric Clapton, Joe Cocker has naturally became his special ingredient to entertain his new and regular audiences with passion and intimacy all through the night. While in Japan, he had an opportunity to capture other audiences as a guest pianist at a wedding ceremonyin Koriyama View Hotel. At the annual Nippon Bartenders Association Cocktail Party at the Koriyama View Hotel Annex, where he joined Jesse Jocson on the piano infront of some three hundred people that evening. Jesse is the man responsible for allowing Noli Bravo to perform in a Piano Bar setting for the first time. He was also invited to participate in a nationwide radio broadcast of an annual Christmas Charity Concert where he was supported by the Yamaha Synthesizers Band featuring instructors and staff of Yamaha School of Music in Koriyama. When he is not at the club entertaining his wonderful audiences, he also finds time to enjoy his friends who he calls them "treasure for life. "Here is a wonderful picture of Noli's special and spiritual friend for life, Aimee and her jewel, new daughter Sophia. Wouldn't they make a great team or what. Please enjoy the picture as much as Noli does everytime he looks at them.Music has a very strong effect on Noli Bravo, so unusually strong that he desires to contribute on being a mediator between anger, frustrations, self-isolation and the power of music among children and adult alike. In September of 1994, sitting down on the sacred beach of Waimanalo wishing for a supplement solution to the uprising difficulties with some of our younger generation are experiencing these days such as gang-related violence, graffiti, and even teen pregnancies, etc. Noli suspected the reason for all these confusions among our youth is simply lack of HARMONY between each other. Harmony, perhaps what the problem is and could it also be that Harmony is the solution... perhaps? This is when ANGAR program about to take its leap...Noli wants to give his special mahalo (thanks) to Aimee who he owe a lot of moral support and caring during those great memories they once shared together. She is also the goddess responsible for transforming Noli's thoughts about importance of trusting other people in making true friends. Higher love really do exist, doesn't it? To Jesse (bassman) Jocson for unraveling the real entertainer in him. Jesse performs as a Vocalist and Pianist at Spinet Scotch & Piano lounge for over 10 years now. Please give him an applause for being Noli`s mentor and a very dear friend while in Koriyama. To Nanay and Gina who are very dear to Noli who have known him since the beginning of his delicate upbringing. And last but definitely not the least, the person who Noli really adopted the thoughts of contributing ANGAR program with mental illness and self-isolation from, Noli's beloved oldest sister, Lilia. Noli also wants to extend his deepest thanks to all of you spending your precious time browsing in his cyber home. Here's what he has to say about his current journey... "Aloha! Friends and family have known me of living in a suitcase. I go where my soul wants to take me further in learning the truth about me, a single individual who is different among each other; one who has the same skin and body as you do and yet, does not hold the same desires. Everyone is special in their own unique way. Salamat to Nanay who brought me up and nurture me towards this sacred space I now live in after 37 years of walking my thoughts in this wonderful planet. Yes, I am still walking and trying to find that "meaning of life" from the master of truth, Gandhi or that tangible piece, Monty Python has been long searching for "the holy grail". 'just thought I add a pinch of humor while the violins are playing in the background." ;-) "Please leave me any comments you may feel appropriate so I can improve my ability to be a better friend to you all and with that I want to offer you an opportunity to really hear me in action on what I do best . I just want to say...""Life is great when you have respect for others but first you must have it for your own self. " For Comments, Domestic/International Booking, ANGAR program consultation, please fill in the guestbook as you leave the room. Thank you very much and may the goddess of love bless you all. Mahalo Nui Loa and
